The only difficult decision is whether to go to the beach or the swimming pool, play golf or lie on the large terrace with views of a lagoon, the sea and the pool.
· The Beach
The Beach can be reached down a number of steps. On one side of the beach there is the Obidos Lagoon, which is warm, calm and safe for children and on the other a surfer's paradise of rolling Atlantic waves. There are often some sort of beach activities such as football or volleyball.
· Obidos Lagoon
A host of water sports are available at the Sailing School on Obidos Lagoon, including kite surfing, windsurfing, catarmaran sailing, waterskiing and canoeing. You can choose to join a course for a few hours each day or take private lessons. The views of the lagoon from the apartment terrace are breathtaking.
· Horse Riding
Quinta da Foz is a rustic riding centre located in Foz do Arelho
· Fishing
Many opportunities to fish in both the lagoon and the Atlantic. There is a large fishing tackle shop in Foz.
· Bars and Restaurants
There is a promenade of great bars and restaurants just two minutes walk from the apartment, all of which look onto the lagoon and ocean and suit every pocket and every occasion. There is a great variety from freshly caught fish to traditional portuguese dishes or a simple coffee whilst watching the world go by.
